Fees
$150.00 per 50-minute session
(includes prep time and collaboration with other team specialists)
Hourly sessions are pro-rated to $180.00/session.
Additional hourly fees are charged for formal parent or teacher/school conferences.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice

Cancellation Policy
The weekly time set aside for each student is a reserved, standing appointment time. Therefore, the following applies:
- Two cancellations will be allowed per school year with a 24-hour notice. You will not be charged for those sessions. If cancellations exceed twice a year, you will be responsible for payment, regardless of a 24-hour notice.
- Any cancellations made within a 24-hour notice will be charged the regular fee.
- If I travel to a school site to work with your child, you (not the school) are responsible for any cancellation notifications due to sickness, field trips, or school activities that impact our regular session time.
- I require a 4-week notice if a decision is made to terminate services. Once notice is given, you will be responsible for payment for 4 weeks unless that time can be filled within that 4-week period.
Exceptions to Cancellation Policy:
Due to the changing schedules of children’s afterschool activities, such as sports, play practice, etc., it is occasionally necessary to move a child's session time. I request your flexibility in advance.
I am available for check-ins by phone as needed, scheduled in advance. This is included in my fee. I very much welcome your input, questions, delights, and concerns.
